Joshua cones at ray Skillman south side Kia got me into a car right when I needed one. He got me approved and squared away with a car that fits my needs. He even had the team do an oil change because it was due for one before I took the car home. He put me in a loaner car while they did the oil change. Friendly and knowledgeable sales staff. However, our car had almost 1000 miles on it when the paperwork had 15 miles on it paperwork was not accurate and we had to come back to swap cars. From a loner car (920 miles)to a new car. When we expected a new car we were sold a loner. A big inconvenience to come back and swap into a new car (11 miles) and redo the paperwork.
